Materials

Grade 5 titanium and hardened stainless steel ferrules are tough and durable.

Hardened 440C stainless steel blades are tempered to improve toughness while retaining excellent corrosion resistance and sharpness.

Flight and ease of tune

The concave blade design and shorter overall length minimizes surface area and angle of approach to help decrease noise and tuning issues.

Maintenance and resharpening

By using stainless steel and titanium you do not have to worry about corrosion. Resharpening can be easily done using a buffing wheel or a rounded hone.

Replaceable blades

Replacement blades can bought here: VBS REPLACEMENT BLADES

BLOOD ON THE GROUND

Concave blades penetrate and cut immediately upon impact. As the blade widens, force on the tissues increase leaving a hole larger than the blade.

Very frustrating.
I took these out of the box and went to check if they would slice a piece of paper. They pretty much just rip the paper. Thinking about sending them back.

Deadly Broadhead

Purchased these from Method then was disappointed when I used my last broadhead. Thank goodness they are back in production through contact. Exactly the same quality and perform flawlessly. They even included a tool to remove the blades to resharpen. Awesome penetration and put a few good deer down with them!

Great Broadheads

I'm glad these heads are back on the market. When I tested them before, they did very well. I like the modularity of different sized bleeders. I just tested the sharpness of this latest version, and they were one of the sharpest heads I've tested. I use the Edge On Up Sharpness Tester, so it is quite precise.

I'm really glad these are back! However, these aren't as sharp as the old VBS. Those were insanely sharp. Their great heads but it's no even close to as sharp and edges aren't refined. I think they just left them machined sharp. I leave this review in hopes they fix that.
